ORDERING

How can I check my order status?

You can check your order status anytime on your Account page — it updates once your order is placed and again when it ships. You can also check the status of your order at https://www.blurrskin.com/pages/tracking

At Blurr, orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays. Shipping usually take 2-5 business days for US orders, depending on your location.

As soon as your order is on its way, you’ll get a shipping email from hey@blurrskin.com with your tracking details.

Can I edit or cancel my order?

We begin processing orders as soon as they’re placed, so edits and cancellations aren’t always possible. If you need help, please reach out ASAP via the support widget or email hey@blurrskin.com with your order number.

I entered the wrong shipping address. Can I change it?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update the address. Contact us immediately through the support widget.
