Shipping typically takes 2–5 business days for U.S. orders, depending on your location.
If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it:
- Allow 24–48 hours for the courier to complete the delivery.
- Double-check the shipping address on your order.
- Check with neighbors, building management, or mailroom in case it was left there.
If you still haven’t received your order after 24–48 hours, please email hey@blurrskin.com with your order number and confirmed address, and we’ll be happy to assist further.
Blurr currently ships within the United States only.
If you realize your address is incorrect, email hey@blurrskin.com as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update it before it goes out.
